In July 2005, twelve independent pump and irrigation businesses from Queensland, New South Wales, and South Australia have come together to strengthen their buying power, to offer education and training to their staff, and to share ideas with their fellow members and with their suppliers.

The twelve founding members have the following common vision:

1- To operate independently and grow our businesses.

2- To form partnerships with our main supply companies.

3- To conduct industry training in both sales and service to
     generally improve the number of fully qualified people in our
     industry.

4- To conduct our business with a high level of integrity to ensure
     customers, supply companies, and our staff get maximum
     enjoyment from their jobs and/or association with our
     organisation.

5- To grow our group by obtaining new members who share
     the visions of the original twelve.
